As a senior software developer, I was responsible for advising on technical choices, and taking an early part in the design and development of the company's application architecture.

As Tech Lead, I was in charge of guiding and advising on the team's technical choices, implementing good technical practices and carrying out code reviews. That's the technical part. On the project management side, I was in charge of planning projects, monitoring and reporting on their progress, as well as improving the company's processes. It was a great experience for me, but unfortunately it was cut short for academic reasons.

As frontend team leader, I set up and monitored the development charter to ensure the quality of the Qualiextra web application. I also implemented CI/CD on GitHub and Vercel, increasing the team's productivity by 40% and giving the Product Owner better visibility of progress in product development. One of my secondary missions was to coach junior team members through peer-programming sessions and in-depth code reviews. Another secondary mission was to ensure the correction of feedback from Quality Assurance (design). The main mission was to develop the functionalities of the platform's establishment and administrator areas, using NextJS.

I led the front-end development of modules for the Uptimise SaaS web application, in conjunction with the back-end team. Uptimise is a human resources and payroll management software package. Using mock-ups, I integrated and developed the employee enrolment process, including contracts and seniority. I then worked on the salary advance and vacation pay modules. I also developed the Uptimise presentation site.
